About me
Who is behind SableBuddy Universe
Hi! I'm the author of this site. I'm not a doctor, not a psychiatrist, not a psychologist — and I don't claim to be. I'm a quality engineer: I've spent over 20 years working with systems, processes and the anatomy of error.
Where these methods come from
My professional world is WCM (World Class Manufacturing), TPM, the 5S principles and the Toyota system. There, people are not blamed for mistakes — instead, the environment is changed so that making a mistake becomes hard. Every thing has its place. Visual cues replace memory. Unnecessary actions are removed from the process.
One day I realized: all of this works beyond the factory floor. It works at home, with the brain, with everyday life. Especially — with a brain that is wired a bit "non-standard".
Why "I organize the environment, not treat people"
I was lucky: as a child, nobody tried to "fix" me. The environment was organized around me — and I grew up not considering myself broken. That story is in the manifesto.
That is why this site has no "cures", no "healing systems" and nothing for sale. There are concrete skills: what to tell yourself, what to do with your hands, how to arrange your things, how to get out of hyperfocus. Free, no sign-up.
Where to find me
I run channels about the brain, productivity and the backstage of this project:
If the site was useful — the best thanks is to tell someone about it who might need it too.
